Nobelius Auctions Absentee Bidding form
Use this form to submit absentee bids for the next auction
CONDITIONS OF SALE
- Payment by Credit Card / EFTPOS, Cash or by cheque with suitable identification
- Some lots may carry a reserve
- The highest bidder whose bid is accepted by the auctioneer shall be the purchase
- The auctioneer may refuse any bid
- NO bidding shall be retracted
- If any dispute arises respecting any bid the auctioneer shall at his/her option either decide whose was the last bid or submit the lot again at the last undisputed bid.
- The auctioneer may determine the minimum or maximum amount by which the bidding may be advanced
- Title of goods is not transferred until payment is received in full and is subject to clearance and or authorisation of cheque
- The auctioneer will not accept the responsibility in any way for lots removed from the property
- No claim for damages, misdescription, genuineness or authenticity of any description will be entertained. Purchasers are therefore particularly requested to examine lots BEFORE purchasing. All lots at the risk of the purchaser
immediately on the fall of the hammer
- Should any deficiency arise in the quantity of goods sold, the auctioneer shall not be bound to deliver more than what is actually in his/her or the vendor's possession
- The auctioneer will not hold themselves responsible for any action that may arise acting solely as agent between buyer and seller, and for both equitably.
- 15% Buyers Premium applies
- GST will be charged on the Buyers Premium
